Carpathian Eight signs regional cooperation agreements
Ukraine says 50 agreements worth more than €1 billion were signed at the inaugural forum, more than half concerning solar and wind power. The valuation is attributed to President Zelenskyy; the gathering remains a cooperation forum, not a military operation.
